Even in a small bathroom you can find a place for a washbasin, bath tub, toilet, and washing machine.
Build a small partition to cover the toilet, and hide the washing machine in the cupboard.
Put the washbasin on the top which will also function as a shelf. Mount the lights over the washbasin zone in the added wall with the mirror.
Use the wall borders to make the mirror frame and tile the top edge.
